Data collected

Through the request form: name, e-mail, phone number and WhatsApp preference, vehicle type and location, area, availability for the visit, wished finishes, calculated surfaces, removal choice, message and, if you add one, a photo of your interior.

Technically: your IP address (security and abuse protection), anonymous visit statistics and, if an error occurs, a technical report in which texts and images are masked.

Why is this data used?

To answer your request, prepare an estimate and a simulation, arrange the visit of your vehicle and draw up the quote, and to keep the website secure. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask for.

Retention period

Your requests and photos are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Who can access your data?

Only Camperdeco. It is never sold or passed on. Technical providers: Supabase (database and photo storage), Vercel (website hosting and visit statistics), Resend (notification e-mails), Infomaniak (e-mail, Switzerland), Sentry (error reports) and Upstash (abuse protection).

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website uses a single functional cookie to remember your language. Visit statistics are measured without cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, ask for its portability or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@camperdeco.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: the CNIL in France or the CNPD in Portugal.
